In celebration of its seventh anniversary, Martch Art Project presented the group exhibition “yedionyedi”, featuring works by 17 artists. The exhibition took place between April 8–27, 2025, across Akaretler Sıraevler buildings 37–39 in Istanbul.
The exhibition brought together works by Serdar Acar, Burak Ata, Zeynep Beler, Mustafa Boğa, Ecemnaz Dalmaz, Sinem Dişli, Merve Denizci, Mia Dudek, Casper Faassen, Sedef Gali, Ekaterina Gerasimenko, Ece Haskan, Fırat İtmeç, Can Kabba, Merve Morkoç, Alp Sime, and Ayşe Uluçay.
“yedionyedi” explored the dynamics of collective creation and artistic encounters. It emphasized that togetherness is not limited to physical proximity, but is also shaped by intellectual, emotional, and historical connections. By forming a network of relationships among the participating artists, the exhibition invited viewers to become part of this dynamic structure. Each work, through its dialogue with others, contributed to a shared narrative—underscoring the role of art not only as a form of individual expression but also as a tool for building collective memory.
